Today, we are unveiling the third generation of our forecasting technology based on quantile grids. In layman’s terms, quantile grids demonstrate an unprecedented level of performance which means that your company can service more clients, more reliably, and with less inventory.

Generating an inventory forecasting report requires two domain-specific settings, namely the lead time and the service level which are typically not built-in into business management apps. Yesterday, we have introduced a new feature for Salescast that offers the possibility to manage those settings with an Excel sheet within your Lokad account.
