Dynacom setup for Lokad Desktop

• Lokad Desktop Sales Forecasting for Dynacom comes in 2 parts: a Synergy add-on and Lokad Desktop Sales Forecasting a separate Windows Application.
• Both the Synergy add-on and Lokad Desktop Sales Forecasting are free; but a Lokad subscription plan is required to get the add-on fully functional.

Connection strings

In the Settings panel of Lokad Desktop Sales Forecasting, a connection string needs to be provided to indicate the location of the Dynacom data.

For Dynacom under Microsoft Access, choose the DynacomMsAccessProvider option. The syntax of the connection string is
Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source="C:\cpny.ddb";Jet OLEDB:Database Password=pwd

For Dynacom under Microsoft SQL Server 2005, choose the DynacomMsSqlProvider option. The syntax of the connection string is
Server=myServer;Database=myDB;Uid=myId;Pwd=myPwd
