How do I get started with Lokad? Getting started typically means using either
Salescast or
Callcalc to import your data and produce forecasts; either ways, you need to
open an account first.
Could you send me documentation about your products? Most of our documentation is freely available on this very website. Unlike most B2B software website, we do have
a lot of documentation. We suggest to start with the

I have an Excel spreadsheet, can you forecast this data? Excel is a great tool, but using it as a data repository to produce forecasts is
wrong. However, we can produce the forecasts from the underlying data source where your Excel sheet is originating from.
I don't want to continue using Lokad, how do I close my account? If you don't use your account anymore, it will close by itself after a while.
$30 free trial is not enough for me, can you help? Absolutely, the amount of prepaid forecasting services can be extended for larger amounts should the need arises. Just
