Lokad is a paid online service with monthly subscription plans. Lokad uses a smooth per-forecasting task pricing formula (see above). This table is provided as typical examples of the Lokad prices.
No payment if you're not amazingly satisfied
No upfront payment: no matter the subscription plan your choose, you won't get charged before the end of your first 30 days period. You can start using a paid subscription plan within the next 5min, you will not be asked for your credit card number.
No payment unless you are amazingly satisfied: if you feel that Lokad is not worth what we are charging for, then don't pay. If your balance gets too negative then your subscription plan will be reverted to
inactive, but that's it. Your account will not get closed, and your data will not be deleted.
No question 60-day money back: If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days, you get a full refund, period, no question asked. Plus, revert anytime toward the
inactive subscription plan. Again, no hidden fee, no question asked.
Save big with the Lokad Partner Plan
The
Partner subscription plan provides a
significant discount in exchange of a single web link toward Lokad. It accounts for roughly 20 USD per month, which usually brings the cost to zero for small retailers. For example, if you have less than 50 monthly forecasting tasks, then the Lokad service will cost you nothing.

Lokad pricing
Our prices are
per-forecasting-tasks. A forecasting task is always associated to a time-series and it represents the
definition of the forecast. Indeed, forecasts can be done in different manners, and the forecasting task specifies the details.
For example, if you are selling lollipops, the time-series will be your historical sales of lollipops and the forecasting task will specify than you want weekly sales forecasts for the next 6 weeks.
The subscription plan does
not depend on the amount of times that you download your forecasts. For example, if an eCommerce merchant downloads his 100 monthly sales forecasts every day (100 products being sold through the eCommerce website), it still counts as 100 monthly forecasting tasks for the subscription plan.
Additionally, if a time-series is uploaded to Lokad but not forecasted, you don't get charged for this time-series. This situation can happen if data is just provided to Lokad as complementary information.
The price of an additional forecasting task quickly decreases with the number of forecasting tasks. The total monthly price is given by the formula:
total price = base price * (number of tasks) 2/3

Tip: If you are considering using Lokad for sales forecasting, please note that it is possible to restrict the forecasts to the most active products (ex: forecasting only the top 50 most active products in a catalog that contains 1000 products).
