Troubleshooting LSSC
This page lists issues that may happen with LSSC.
Could not load file or assembly Systems.EnterpriseServicesWrapper.dll or one of its dependencies
This error message usually indicates that your Microsoft .NET Framework installation has been corrupted. You can repair the .NET Framework 2.0 (or later) from the
Add or remove Programs in the
Control Panel.
If this does not work, then you have too
- Uninstall .NET Framework 2.0 Service Packs.
- Uninstall .NET Framework 2.0.
- Re-install .NET Framework 2.0.
- Re-install .NET Framework Service Packs.
- Reboot your system.
Reorder points are not displayed
Once your report has been refreshed,
reorder points might not be displayed. In order to be able to compute the reorder points, LSSC needs two information:
- the service level: the probability of NOT getting a shortage expressed in percents (typical values are ranging from 70 to 98%).
- the lead time: the duration, expressed in days, needed to replenish the inventory through a supplier reorder (typically values are ranging from 2 to 90 days).
Yet, those two values usually cannot be retrieved directly from the 3rd party app, thus
you need to manually enter those values in LSSC. There are two columns named
Service level and
Lead time in the report.
