BigFiles

We charge a monthly subscription for BigFiles our file hosting service. The Express Plan is completely free of charge and does not expire. For large volume of data, under the Premier Plan, the on-demand price can go as low 0.5€ per GB ($0.75 per GB) for storage and bandwidth.

Phantomscan (beta)

We charge a monthly subscription that depends on the number and size of stores covered by Phantomscan. The price per month, per store is:

  • Minimarket, less than 4,300ft2 (resp. 400m2): $15 (resp. 10€)
  • Supermarket, between 4,300ft2 and 27,000ft2 (resp. 400m2 and 2,500m2): $75 (resp. 50€)
  • Hypermarket, above 27,000ft2 (resp. 2,500m2): $300 (resp. 200€)

Shelfcheck (beta)

We charge a monthly subscription that depends on the number and size of stores monitored by Shelfcheck. The price per month, per store is:
  • Minimarket, less than 4,300ft2 (resp. 400m2): $15 (resp. 10€)
  • Supermarket, between 4,300ft2 and 27,000ft2 (resp. 400m2 and 2,500m2): $75 (resp. 50€)
  • Hypermarket, above 27,000ft2 (resp. 2,500m2): $300 (resp. 200€)

Yes the Express plan is free (for real)
Nothing gets charged by Lokad with the Express plan. The Express plan does not expire. There are no hidden fees or equivalent gotchas. The Express plan simply comes without support from Lokad. Also, no database export means that the forecasts are only made available as Excel sheets.

Enterprise Plan
With databases or TSV exports, it becomes possible to inject optimized reorder points and reorder quantities back into your company systems. Then, our support includes onboarding - helping your company to get started with Salescast - and concierge services - routine validation of the quality of the results being delivered. The pricing is a flat monthly fee plus a consumption fee based on your forecasting activity.

Notes
(1) Billed monthly. Advance payment equal to 6 months of flat fee when first subscribing.
(2) An item might represent a product, a reference, a barcode or a SKU depending on the terminology applicable to your industry.
(3) Forecast horizon limited to 12 months, 13 weeks and 14 days respectively.
