These workshops are designed for supply chain academics, educators, university students, and supply chain professionals. Each workshop offers practical insights into using Lokad’s advanced tools for managing complex supply chains and optimizing inventory decisions.
The workshop series takes the form of a fictitious case study in the retail sector. Lokad provides readers with all the necessary information, guidance, and—importantly—data to assess the financial risk associated with the retail company’s supply chain decisions. Each workshop introduces readers to the incredible flexibility and precision of Envision (our DSL specifically designed for supply chain optimization). Supplier Analysis
This workshop focuses on the analysis of a company's suppliers, guiding readers from a simple overview to much more in-depth observations. Critical quantitative supply chain concepts covered: economic profitability, performance monitoring, and risk management. This workshop takes approximately 5 - 10 hours (depending on your programming level).

Sales Analysis
This workshop tackles sales and customer analysis, beginning with an overview of sales KPIs (key performance indicators) and progressing to identifying critical influencing factors. Readers will learn how to use quantitative supply chain tools to augment their analysis. This workshop takes approximately 5 - 10 hours (depending on your programming level). It is not necessary to have completed the previous workshop to try this one, but it is recommended.
